Geoffrey Eisenberg

Geoffrey Eisenberg is a member of Forsythia Foundation’s board of directors. He is a principal at the Ecosystem Integrity Fund (EIF), a sustainability-focused venture capital fund based in San Francisco. Since 2008, he and the EIF team have worked together on sustainability-related direct investments. During his time with the EIF, Geoff has focused on investment opportunities in green chemistry, environmental health, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable natural resources.

Prior to joining the EIF, Geoff worked as a senior consulting associate at Cambridge Associates, a global investment consulting firm. While at Cambridge, he provided investment counsel to institutional, pension, and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Geoff also conducted due diligence on investment managers and helped clients build diversified and sophisticated portfolios across asset classes.

Geoff holds a BA in history and philosophy from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
